Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

This policy explains payment terms, cancellations, rescheduling, and refund/credit rules for purchases made through bizlaw.click (the “Site”). This policy applies unless a written agreement or checkout terms for a specific product/service state otherwise.

Payment terms

  • One-time payments: due at checkout unless stated otherwise.
  • Deposits/installments: if offered, the checkout or invoice will specify amounts and due dates. Late or missed payments may pause access or scheduling until paid.
  • Subscriptions: if offered, renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled in your account or by contacting us.
  • Taxes: applicable GST/HST (if any) will be shown at checkout or on the invoice.

Cancellations & rescheduling (appointments/live sessions)

  • Reschedule: request at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to move to another available time.
  • Late changes/no-shows: requests made within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are generally not refundable; we may offer a make-up session or credit at our discretion.
  • Our cancellations: if we cancel a scheduled session, you may choose rescheduling or a refund for the affected session amount.

Refunds & credits (digital products, courses, downloadable materials)

  • Immediate-access digital content: unless stated at checkout, sales are generally final once access or download is provided.
  • Course access issues: if you cannot access what you purchased due to a technical problem on our side, contact us and we will work to fix it or provide an appropriate remedy (which may include a refund if the issue cannot be resolved).
  • If a specific offer includes a guarantee: the exact eligibility window and conditions shown at checkout or in the offer terms will apply.

How to request a cancellation, reschedule, refund, or billing change

Email [email protected] with (1) your name, (2) order number/receipt, (3) the service or product name, (4) the date/time (if applicable), and (5) what you are requesting. We may ask for additional details to verify the purchase.

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. If those laws provide a remedy that cannot be waived, they apply.
